All over again

This week I started WW online again and it feels good, Along with some insane long walks I had a good solid 2 pound loss this week. I do hope my foot does not keep me from walking long distance in the future.

Last weekend I walked 7 miles up at Cunningham Falls State Park and yesterday a total of 5 miles to Baker park and back. I love making saturday all about the walking. Next time I will remember to wear sunblock since now I have a lobster face.

All the girls have now joined and I feel true inspiration that we are all working together towards a common goal. This time I know know we won't drop the ball.

Hey everyone!

Im new to this community so thought Id introduce myself. Im 22 years old, 5' 7" and at the moment I weigh 10st 11lbs (roughly 141lbs i think) =( A couple of years ago I got down to 9st (117lbs), and my parents thought i was ill! Im not too sure how i did it to be honest, I cut down on junk food and I took up exercise. Now my weight is back up and I HATE it! =(

So, i started a new diet a couple of months ago, and I got down to 10st 8 and stayed that weight for weeks and over the last couple my weight has started to rise and I dont know why. Im working out more than I used to, and I eat small, healthy portions through the week.

Im doing a marathon on sunday and 4 weeks after that im going on holiday and dont want to be flabby on the beach!! I think Im quite fit, I just dont look it! I want to be more toned.

Any ideas? Im thinking maybe swimming and yoga. what is Pilates?

Date by which you'd like to lose weight: Ideally, I'd like to be at goal by the end of the year, but I've found I do better without putting a time
restriction on weight loss...

Reason(s) for wanting to lose weight: Where do I even begin? I could write a novel on this topic, but I think I'll stick to the basic reasons. Right off the top, MY CLOTHES DON'T FIT! There is nothing more frustrating than getting up in the morning and having a closet full of clothes that go together... and not being able to wear any of it. I think that's killed a lot of my motivation for much of life lately, and also my motivation to lose weight, oddly enough. Being overweight kills not only my sex drive, but my desire to get out and be around people and pretty much any chance of meeting someone. ugh.

Anything else you'd like us to know: Hmm... I'm constantly at work, on my way to work, doing work at home (for work, not housework, lol) or leaving work to go to some other form of work... which put me in a position to become really, really dependent on fast food... which sucks, costs a lot, and does nothing in the way of helping you lose weight... or even maintain your weight, really... so I'm trying to figure out how to make my lifestyle work while losing and maintaining...

I haven't decided how I'm planning on going about this just yet... I've done the WW thing with success in the past, which may be the simplest way to do it. Last i checked, that put me at around 24 or 25 points a day... that's on my list of things to get sorted out tomorrow while I'm off :)
